Peter’s expertise as an executive researcher and consultant in education has included the full range of areas in education research, policy and service provision – accountability models, school effectiveness, school performance, curriculum structures, leadership and professional learning. Peter is an experienced effectiveness reviewer and over a decade has undertaken over 100 school reviews and coached principals since 2004. Peter was a consultant for the World Bank for eight years in Azerbaijan, and has been commissioned internationally by Hong Kong, England, and Brunei. Recent publications include Aligning professional learning, performance management and effective teaching (2012) and School autonomy and system leadership (2012), both published by CSE.

Wayne was the Regional Director of the Northern Metropolitan Region from 2005-12 where he was responsible for the operation of schools and early childhood facilities across Melbourne's northern suburbs. Prior to this appointment Wayne was principal at Box Hill Senior Secondary College. Under Wayne’s leadership Box Hill Senior SC developed a significant reputation as an innovative school providing diverse programs and pathways. In 2011, the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) published Powerful Learning – A strategy for system reform, edited by Wayne, Professor David Hopkins and Dr John Munro, detailing the teaching strategies, organisational structures and policy options used to bring about this significant reform.

Graeme is a Director of Laulon Management, Education and Technology Solutions, a Senior Research Fellow in the Graduate School of Education at The University of Melbourne, an Associate of the Assessment Research Centre (University of Melbourne) and a Director of the Certain Knowledge Online Questionnaire and Reporting Service. He has extensive experience in facilitating strategic leadership, project management and using assessment, survey and qualitative data to inform and drive school improvement initiatives. Graeme has in-depth knowledge of assessment systems and the work of assessment authorities due to his role as Director, Curriculum and Assessment/Operations Branch, Board of Studies, Victoria (1991 – 1993).

Ross is a former Senior Executive in Victoria’s Department of Education and Early Childhood Development. He is now an educational consultant specialising in leadership development, strategic planning, and school, organisational and educational improvement. He has had extensive experience in and responsibility for providing strategic direction, advice, support and consultancy services to education authorities and providers. He has delivered papers and led workshops at local, statewide, national and international conferences.
